In charge of production of EPDM Rubber Grommets using Compression Moulding Machines. 

In Charge of Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Water Treatment and Effluent Water Treatment Plants where Activated Sludge Process is employed. 



R&D and DESIGN 

Involved in product identification, development, modification, cost reduction of: Polyvinyl acetate homo and co-polymeric emulsions for use in dry cells, packaging, lamination, labeling and furniture industries. 

Starch Adhesives used in corrugated board manufacture for micro flute to liner. 

Dextrin adhesives for tube winding, carton sealing and automatic bottle labeling. 

Casein based binders for pigment coating on paperboard. 

Casein-rubber latex adhesives for labeling on tin and plastic surfaces. 

EVA based hot melt adhesives for automatic book binding. 

Neoprene rubber contact adhesive for footwear. 

Animal glue for matches, gypsum board and abrasives. 



As R&D Centre in-charge the following functions were performed:

Rendered Technical Services to Common Effluent Treatment Plants and Drinking Water Treatment Plants to promote the sale of Polyelectrolyte Flocculants (Anionic, Cationic and Non-ionic) of Allied Colloids, UK. These products are used in Primary and Secondary Clarifier and for Dewatering Equipments like Centrifuge and Belt Press
