1) body 2) cylinder 3) power source 4) power pack 5) plc programming 6) jig and fixture. 



Welding stack machine is generally used for welding of Stator body required for diesel generator so to increase the Production in less time and less manpower with very good 

Accuracy. The objective of this project is to enhance the Existing system to eliminate its several limitation. 



Welding Booth: Cost around 20 lakh. 

Duration: 4 Month. 

Discription: welding booth consist of following parts 

1) fabricated door 2) filming glass 3) welding equipment 4) welding gun. 

Welding booth project is essential in every organization 

To avoid eye contact of welding spark which is very Harmful. Our aim is to design a welding system which This shortcomings and add new features.
