Working as a Mechanical/Hydraulic Maintenance Engineer on 20 Hi Sendzimir Mill, Continuous Annealing Pickling Line, Slitting line, Skin pass mill & Coil preparation line for chasing the shift breakdown & preventive maintenance of all the lines, Hydraulic, Pneumatic equipments. 

Independently handling of shift. 

Planning & Execution of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, shutdown maintenance activities. 

Inspecting HYD System of 20 hi mill, Continuous Annealing Pickling Line, Slitting line, Skin pass mill, Coil preparation line. 

Looking all types of Hydraulics and Pneumatics related problems. 

Managing Hydraulic pumps, valves & cylinders overhauling and repairing. 

Preventive Maintenance of Auxiliary Hydraulic Systems such as power packs, heat exchanger, filtration machine. 

Maintain the stocks of Hydraulic Hoses and the Valves. 

Hydraulic systems maintained: YUKEN, VICKERS AND BOSCH REXROTH. 

Co-ordination with production people to chase the difficulty for smooth running of all the lines to optimize the productivity. 

Actively involve as team member in TPM activity.
