Job Profile

Responsible to look after TURNING SECTION shop floor where different machining activities take place (viz. Turning of Steel, broaching , grinding , copy turning and various kind of milling operations such as plain milling, key way milling etc.) Practicising every week TPM and TQM in our shop floor.We comply with ISO certification activities forTS16949 and EMS 14001. 

Type of Machines & Equipments Handled : 

Shop floor is equipped with the Grinding machines such as Cylindrical Grinders, Surface Grinders etc. 

Shop houses CNC machines e.g. L.S.L,S.T.C-25,CTX-500,TWIN-42,MAZAK with Heidenhain system. With Fanuc 16T have been added recently. Its a well equipped shop with IMTEs (inspection measuring & test equipment) like Magnetic Sine bar, Digital Veriner calipers and Micrometers, Co-ordinates Measuring Machine (CMM) etc. 

Special Achievements: 

I programmed on L.S.L, STC-25&CTX-500 (all CNC machines) with pictogramming. I did basic setup. 

I developed new programmer for O.R.G (oil return groove) component. 

I am also presently working with FANUC system on Robodrill CNC m/c. 

I have been proposed for Best Suggestion award for Energy conservation in the shop floor. 



May 2005 (15 Days) Industrial training at Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited Bhopal in Foundry practice and Hydro power turbine department 

Dec 2006 (30 Days) PET Quip bottle Bhopal . Acquired knowledge about the manufacturing of plastic bottle through raw material .
