Job Profile

Planning and execution of the project in post design stages with material and manpower management of centralized AC s, humidification systems, evaporative cooling systems. 

Troubleshooting and carrying out AMC of HVAC plants. 

The equipment erection involves 

Installing radial blowers, axial fans, spray banks, piping, welding, including electrical and Instrumentation jobs such as cabling, instrument fixing, 

Commissioning activities consists of start-ups of radial blowers, axial fans, spray banks, pumps, air balance, Synchronization of mechanical components to automation. 



Projects Involved: 

Vardhman Fabrics Ltd (M.P) - Erection and commissioning of Humidification plants(spinng-63000 spindles and weaving-400 looms), Fiber deposition plants, Loom Traveler Cleaner-20 no.s,Bale press-2 no.s, Air conditioning unit for S.Q.C Lab. 



R.S.W.M. Ltd (LNJ- DENIM) (Banswara) Erection and commissioning of Humidification plants, Fibre deposition plants, LTC, Balepress for spinning and weaving units. 



Pundrik Textiles Ltd, K.S.Mills, Sportking Ltd (Ludhiana) - Erection and commissioning of humidification plants,fibre deposition plants for spinning units. 



Cuthberts Baby Wear (Bangalore) Erection and commissioning of Humidification plants for knitting units. 



Alok Industries Limited (Silvassa) Erection and commissioning of humidification plants for spinning and weaving units.
