A TS 16949 company, a solution provider company with injection moulding & assembly for the part required by the Automobiles companies. The part include the body part such as the fuel filer assemblies,door handles, plugs, fasteners, mirror system parts, grab handles, headrest Bessel,cable carriers, sensor housings etc to name some. The customers are Genral motors, TATA motors, Maruti udyog ltd, mahindra and mahindra,Fiat,TATA Johnson controls, kirlosker Copeland 

Job Profile: 

Working as a trainee engineer toolroom department handling mainly maintanence and 

modification works on moulds adding to it the manufacturing of various fixtures for 

inspection and assembly of plastic components. 

Corrective and preventive action of moulds 

Maintanence of moulds jigs and fixtures. 

Maintain identification of moulds 

Preventive and break down maintanence of tool and record it in the mould history card 

Major projects undertaken : 

Designed and manufactured 3 injection moulds which is as follows 

Bump stop mould 

Customer:Maruthi udyog limited 

It is an 8 cavity injection mould which is to be loaded on an 40t machine. The assembly of the component comes in the assembly of a newly launching maruthi car. 

Material of the component :satoprene 

Restrictor mould 

customer: Gold seal 

It is an 8 cavity injection mould which is to be loaded on an 40t machine.the component is used as a pressure level indicator. 

Materialof thecomponent: PP 

Kanban mould: 

It is a 2 cavity injection mould to be loaded on an 100t machine . component is of inhouseuse for naming the component bins. Material of the component :acrilic
