Description: 

This project involves designing of welding fixtures (Clamping units, Locating pin units and Rest units) for the front door in 001 to 010 stations. Fixture is designed to arrest transom line, water line and bow line. JSM Corporation is supplying doors, fender and deck lids for GM Motors, Toyota, Nissan and Honda.

Project Title : Modeling of ISUZU components (Sheet metal, casting and plastic) 

Team Size : 15 

Role : Team Member, 

Software : Unigraphics 

Clint : ISUZU, JAPAN (Offshore) 

Project done at : KGTESCO Engineering Service, India 

Description: 

This Project includes the Modeling, drafting, assembly and design change of components of ISUZU. Class A, B Cabin side panel and front panel surfaces. Interior parts of trucks and LCV frames are the high-end surface design in this project needs extensive handling of surface tools in UG. Drafting for manufacturing purpose has been created. Checking the model as a whole for ISUZU standards compliancy followed.

Project Title : Modeling of GM components (Modeling, assembling of Automobile components)

Client : GM Tech Center India 

Project done at : KGTESCO Engineering Services, India 

Description: 

This project involves modeling of engine components like Exhaust fan, cooling jacket. Gaskets, Engine Heads etc., remodeling of Car Closure Panels and components as per GM Standards. 

 

Project 4 

Project Title : Modeling and migration of Brake components 

Team Size : 3 

Role : Team member 

Software : Catia V5. 

Client : Pricol technologies. 

Project done at : KGTESCO Engineering Services, India 

Description: 

This Project includes the modeling and migration of brake assembly. Migration of the files from Catia V4 to V5 is the major work in this project. Models like disc and complex components were modeled again due to data loss in migration. Surfacing has been used exclusively in this project to achieve the complicated areas of the brake components.
