Job Profile

In tool room experience in manufacturing of new mould manufacturing, Machining process planning, Electrode planning , Maintenance of big as well as small  moulds  such  as  front cover & back cover of TV & LCD & its child parts.modification of moulds. 

In design 2D drafting of mould parts,small modification, concept drawing etc. 

In CIPET after training ,working as teaching instructor for 1 and half month in CATIA. 



Mould Exposure: 

15,20 LCD front cover & Back cover, Woofer Top & Bottom ,Power knob,Lens, Six key, Ac front panel & grill, louver , Refrigerator Veg trey, Chill trey, Handle, Cabinet Cooler,Mixer base & top Washing machine spin tub etc. 



Project: 

Fabrication of 16-impression automatic injection mould for (EmamiCover) in DPMT. 





Future Goals: 
To get involved with the work related to tool room or designing and apply my past individual experience to meet the present challenge in the field of plastic.
