Job Profile: 

Responsible for weekly production in all product line through proper weekly production planning. 

Responsible for inventory stock of shop-floor raw material and finished goods and co-ordinate on weekly basis with purchase and planner. Have check for one month buffer stock of imported raw material through (OET) order execution team. 

Control over mechanic placement on daily basis. Also arrange training plan for newly join operators related to process control, quality, QS system, safety, 5S Implementation, 

Responsible for TS-16949/EMS/OHSAS documentation of department e.g. process control chart, pre control chart, batch paper, Kaizen Records, Internal Lot Rejection, communication records, Customer feedback record. 

Responsible for process audits for various operations, and for non-conformity closing. 

Responsible for multi-skilling of operators for different stages to improve multi skill index. 

Process owner for on-line product quality, process control, yield from winding to dispatch. Also controlling and monitoring WIP stock and monthly CYCLE COUNT. 

Co-ordination with process engineering Quality engineering during new product release and customer quality complaint. Process owner for implementation of action plan over customer complaints. 

Looking after Production Dept. (Molded & Post molded) to fulfill customer requirement by training to the Venders, contractor. 

Development of comp. in coordination with various agencies. 

Arrange training program for venders, subcontractors. 

Improove critical process through SPC. 

Handling quality issues with QA & customer. 

Multiple tools setting on press machines. 

To reduce cycle time of loading & unloading of ROUTER M/C by setting of two & more fixtures.
