Company Profile: Having TS 16949 / ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 certifications. Designs and  develops and manufacture EPDM and PVC weather strips for Maruti Udyog Limited Tata Motors Honda Toyota Mahindra & Mahindra. Mahindra-Renault General Motors and Ford India. 

Job Profile: 

Overall in-charge of Quality Control Laboratory for verification and process inspection of product characteristics. 

Process design & development for extrusion & moulding processes to ensure defect free products to internal SBU units. 

Product testing to validate design conformity as per customer engineering standards. 

Liaison with external customers for Product Quality. 

Implement QMS systems to ensure system effectiveness. 

Resolving issues to control internal & External PPM. 

Conduct vendor audits.

Support in implemetation of new technology.
