I am in design for past 1year involved in designing of components for L&T ,Rane Madras Mysore, Brakes India Ltd, Padi. 

Job Profile

I am heading a group of 15 members. Involved in guiding them during assembly of injection moulding tool and its production for various companies. 

Worked as a project assistant for injection moulds design,assembly and its production and scheduling, coordinating with other department and interacting with the customer. 



Project : Single Cavity Electronic Meter Case for L & T. 

Appliction : Used as outer body in electronic meter assembly. 

Responsibilities : Designing , Manufacturing & Production of Electronic 

Meter case. 



Project : 6 cavity bush blank 

Appliction : used as coupling in brake assembly. 

Responsibilities : Designing , Manufacturing & Production of bush blank.
