Project Name: EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). 

Client: TATA Motors Ltd. 

Input: Packaging from client. 

Output: I have done solid modeling & drafting of complete EGR in which I 

have create solid modeling of housing, diffuser, flange, bracket, 

connecting pipe, header & assembly of these parts & drafting 

of these parts by taking input from client. 

Description: EGR is used for reducing NOx formation. 



Project Name: Spacer(Internal & External part) 

Client: Daimler Chrysler (Mercedes) 

Input: 2D drawing from client. 

Output: I have done solid modeling & drafting of these parts. 

Description: These are plastic parts used for holding winglet tube in housing 

for EGR. 



Project Name: Brackets. 

Client: BMW 

Input: 2D drawing from client. 

Output: I have done solid modeling & drafting of these parts. 



Project Name: Spacer. 

Client: Internal (Behr). 

Input: Packaging (Winglet tube). 

Output: I have done solid modeling & drafting of these parts. 

Description: Spacer is used for holding winglet tube as Behr want to 

transport it from customer. 



Project Name: Tube assembly.

Input: Packaging of tube assembly. 

Output: I have changed position of tube assembly as per client requirement 

& also drafting of tube assembly which is used in oil cooler. 



Project Name: Housing(Parametric) 

Client : Iveco. 

Input : 3D model. 

Output : I have done housing for parametric in which if we change parameter thickness and length , housing model get changed.
