modification work on Indian standard from Japanese standard after this the system was analyzed on Staad for reduction in weight of the structure, thereafter did the redesigning & assembly was done again, generation of 2D drawings, BOM , standard part lists, pdf files , dwg. Files & power presentation for manufacturing the system . I involved also manufacturing plant in JBM Industries, Faridabad for this project.

Description : This was a concept Design Project, The 3D data was generated with the help of sketches & requirements in text format by the client. Keeping the requirements in consideration the whole assy. was made by Top Down approach. Regular Iterations 

were made on the basis of daily interaction with the client. Proto Assy. was made & after checking the fit & function requirements necessary changes were made & final 3D & 2D 

data was generated for manufacturing.

Description: This was a reverse engg. Project, Hand sketches were made after measuring the individual parts, primary BOM was generated. Then the 3D& 2D data consisting of part models, assy./ sub assy. part & assy. drawings, BOM was generated for manufacturing.

utilizing references IGES data for generating the thumb profiles.

switches, connector, lever & parts with inserts for automobiles.
