Composite profiles developed for better heating of particular parts 

Leading a team by Designing and Developed a new EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Transportation Device for Export / Transport of 3 Blades (26 meters) without Damage. 

Concept into the Design of moulds for Compression molding, Injection moldings, etc. 

Achievement : 

A Transportation Device for transporting 3-Blades (26m) by modifying 

existing Device which is of lower cost and long lasting, developed during shortage 

of the same to prevent Blade damage. 

Part of the team: Which made Enercon Unit 1 the best Enercon Plant in India & 

No. 3 in plants outside Germany 

Reduced the weight of Rotor Blade by More than 100 Kg in One year by 

reducing residues inside.
