Title of Project: Evaluation of Mechanical, Thermal and Morphological Properties of Polypropylene/Thermoplastic Elastomer (PP/TPE) Nanocomposites Film.

Description of the Work: 

PP/TPE Clay Nanocomposites were prepared via melt intercalation in a twin screw extruder. 



Optimization of the properties of the prepared nanocomposites by varying the screw rpm. 

The nanocomposites were prepared with three different types of nanoclays (Cloisite Na+, Closite 20A, and Closite 30B) with varying weight percentages (3, 5, and 7) with and without compatibilizer. 



PP-g-MA was used as a compatibilizer and is vary from 5 to 20 Wt % 

Studying the Physical, Mechanical, Thermal, Morphological properties of the prepared nanocomposites
