In charge of Fuel Systems, Air Circuit, Exhaust Systems, Machining and Forging Parts for models Swift Petrol & Diesel, SX4, DZire and A-Star.

Developed Localization of Parts like Gaskets, Plastic components includes Air cleaner assy, Intake Pipe for all models. 

Successfully solved 3 market problems which include Tyre wear problem due to Spindle and Axle, Exhaust Leakage from Muffler comp and Muffler noise during engine Cranking. 

Implemented 5 VA/VE out 12 proposals which include Leakage Testing procedure of fuel pipe, Process change in Muffler, 

Successfully handled Suppliers like Amtek, Bosch, Bundy, Banco, Denso, Mahle-Purolator, Mark exhaust systems ltd, MATE, QH Talbros, RICO, STI Sanoh, Sakti Auto, STL, SFL, Stumpp Schedule Somappa,
