Maintaining the status for calibration & control of inspections test equipment. 

Project learning s and sheduling the process audit and process validation for new products. 

Daily monitoring of Line rejection part & taking CA/PA at supplier end. 

Kaizen Ideas made for the various stage considering the application of the parts on vehicle. 

Good knowledge about PPAP and FMEA applying beforthe new development of the component. 

Major activities done during the new projects 

Actively participated in Process Feasibility Trial of new APE TRUK. 

Part of a team of Successful Try-Out & Pilot batch production of new model APE TRUK
