Working on various Injection Moulding Machines used for CD and DVD, like Singulus-E-Mould, Netstall (E-Jet), and finishing lines of Skyline and 4M system and Dehumidifier dryer (Piovan). 

Worked on vaccum pumps, servomotors, robotics and pneumatics systems.



My job involves responsibility:

Production planning.

Maintenance.

Trouble shooting of moulding.

Quality control.

Minimizing rejection %.

Supervision to subordinates and training to freshers.

Safety awareness of manpower, machine, moulds and plant.
