Concept Development of Polymer and SS Taps as per the requirement in market by considering the BS standards and preparing documents for ISO by maintaining the product records such as design and development plan, evaluation sheet, validation form, etc. 

Experience in modeling the component as per the requirements, Re-Engineering of existing products, analyzing, drafting and detailing the component according to the clients standards, developing functional Prototypes, mentioning Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance, and surface finish to the models. 

Core & Cavity extraction using Pro/E
