Job Profile:

Quality Control

Technically involved in setup of this plant & machinery from day one with capacity of 8,000 metric tpa

Technically & commercially involved in expansion of resources to the present capacity of 24,000 metric tpa

Procure & Install Testing Laboratory with all latest equipments.

Specifying suitable raw material type & sources

Ensure that the material being supplied is of the correct quality and specification.

Interacting with production staff for trouble shooting Carry out internal & third party witnessed testing as per relevant specifications followed with

QAP & sampling procedure

Assuring product quality

Liaison with external testing laboratories for additional testing

Liaison with TPIA

Directing & controlling quantum & quality production, providing necessary information to management, related to product quality, review on production performance/rejection limit percentage and initiate corrective action on non-conformance

Coordinating with marketing department for customer needs and technical clarifications

Accrediting and updating of approvals granted to the company for products from Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia Ministries and private projects

Thorough knowledge of HDPE/PP pipe standards for testing and manufacturing requirements, conversant with all relevant applicable standards.
