Job Profile

Drafting Economical layouts of components with help of software like Auto Cad. 

Maintenance of various tools & dies 

Maintenance of various jigs & fixtures 

Inspection of various tools, jigs ,fixtures etc under manufacturing & maintenance 

Manufacturing of press tools & moulds. 

To plan the manufacturing processes. 

To conduct the trials and tool proving. 

To make the necessary modifications in the tools in order to prove the tools. 

To co-ordinate the manufacturing process of tools & moulds with the vendors. 

To manufacture and inspect the tools as per customer requirements. 

To ensure the design drawing of the tools are clear & absolutely no doubts to 

the manufacturer or to the vendors about the drawings.
