Job Profile

Primary responsibility is to check the samples width, thickness, Shade, or other defects like contamination, air pockets, and surface of finished products. 

Preparing Samples & perform the following tests Tensile, Hardness, Thermal stability, Volume Resistivity, 1%Elongation, Oxygen Index, Smoke Density, Vicart Softening Point, Abrasion Resistance, etc. 

Testing of all incoming raw materials and preparing test Certificates. (PVC Resin, Plasticizers, Stabilizers, Lubricants, Filler, Smoke Reducing agents etc.) 

Testing of different Pvc compounds. & Different types of packing materials. I.e. Paper tubes & Box. 

To inspect the Quality of the raw materials to the finished product, and also to check the process parameters of mixers, and extruders, Callender, laminators. 

Also the analysis of soft & hard water is to be done. 



Future Goals: 
To ready & very keen for taking all the challenges in plastics Industries as Plastics technologist.
