Handling Shop activities independently & acquired sound knowledge of Process requirements. 

Interacting with Engg & QC Dept. and client representative & supervision on various types of plastic, metal fabrication & piping. 

Supervising of various types of plastic & lead moulding. 

Involving in raw material inspection at various stages & witnessed various Physical & Chemical test. 

Accountable for vendor appraisal & Inspection of fabricated, machined parts & followup for daily progress. 

Handling documentation as per ISO 9001 System & inspecting activities as per approved QAP. 

Attending all clients requirements independently during Commissioning. 

Adhering Quality Circle Activity as per 5S & Kaizen norms.
