Job Profile: 

Responsible for assembly operation of water heaters (i.e Solar,Gas,Instant & Electric). 

Achieving Production target as well training operators on Assembly Line. 

Preparing day wise production plan according to Sales Firm Plan & Stock available. 

Quality Control activities including monitoring of In Process & Final Inspection. 

To initiate corrective & preventive action on the problem faced during the assembly operation. 

Scheduling of dies & man power allocation as per daily production plan. 

Responsible for the material required on assembly line as per production plan. 

Implementation of 5S on assembly line. 

Improvement using KAIZEN theory. 

Responsible for planning & piercing of plastic sheet. 

Maintaining minimum levels of inventory to achieve cost efficiency in operation & maintaining UCP level. 

Exposure of ERP Module: BPCS,AS400.
