Company Profile: An ISO 9001-2000 certified organization. It is involved in manufacturing of thermoplastics injection molded articles for engineering products and house ware items. This plant is setup with 16 injection moulding machines most of them are higher tonnage capacities and many acciallaries. The company is a major supplier for Indian railways, godrej & boyce, Videocon international (TV cabinets etc) symphony cooers (total plastic kit assembly with molding), samsonite luggage?s (Top &Bottom), Big Bazaar (house ware items).

And it had it own products of furniture and house ware products (chairs, tables, benches and buckets, basket, bins, etc)

Materials Processed: P.P. (random & h.p.), H.D.P.E., L.D.P.E., Polystyrene. HIPS, ABS, Nylons (plain glass filled), P.C., P.A. etc. 

Achievements:     

(a) Reduced the down time in the utilities and ancillaries from2% to 0.5% by upgrading/modifying the same.

(b) Reduced the hydraulic oil contaminations by reducing leakages from m/cs and better oil maintenance with filtration units. (This contributed to less hydraulics related problems on m/cs.

(c) Reduced the mould change over time by standardizing core pulling hydraulic pipings/cooling water lines in moulds/machines and electrical connection.

(d) Dedicated toward any work assigned with an eye always on goal
