Job Profile:

To Take Input from Marketing once the orders were finalized. To do the Planning, execute the orders and meet the Targets. In the process the planning of Design ,cam, Cnc machines, EDM machines and Assembly departments are made. Support marketing when the concerned is not in the factory by working cost and giving quotation for moulds. To support design Dept by checking the product and mould models fro feasibility, ease of manufacturing, parting line selection and Injection moulding machine adaptability. To see that the Project Engineers.

Plan their work and adhere to the schedules to meet the Final trial dates. 

To do the machine Planning and Schedules including all the CNCmillingand the EDM machines. To out source Whenever thaere is a bottle neck in any of the areas. 

To give the Project Completion schedules to the customers, communicate to customers for any issues and attend customer complaints. To ensure all the Inspection reports related to Product and mould to reach customers and take feed back 

from customers for further improvements. To motivate the Full team and appraise the Team.

Automobile: Worked for Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata Motors, Maruti 

Industries, Fiat, GM, Ford and Toyota in the four wheler Segment.
