Job profile:  

Inspection and testing of product at receiving stage, in-process stage and finished goods stage as per quality/inspection plan. 

Ensuring calibration of test equipment, gauges and weighing machines and meterology equipment. 

Facilitate inspection by customer or his representative at company premises. 

Analyse Q.C. Reports, reporting non-conformities and assist in implementation of corrective (disposition) and preventive action. 

Attending to customer complaints (External & Internal). 

Manpower management of Inspectors & workman. 

Sample Inspection & Pre Dispatch Inspection. 

Maintenance of approved samples, documents and data control.
