Working with APQP Team for New product Development. 

Working as a CFT Member for QA Function. 

Monitoring Part Lay out Inspection at every stage of Mould Trial. 

Gauge development for the new product. Finalise Gauge design with gauge manufacturer based on the fitment & functional requirement of the part. 

Preparing Inspection Instructions of Moulded, Painted & Assly Parts & Hand over to Supplier Quality & In-house Quality before the bulk supplies. 

Quality Improvement projects for existing products in line with Customer complaints and new quality requirements addressed by customer. 

Supplier Technical Assistance in line with customer complaints and quality improvements projects. 

SPC, MSA Studies For New Products and Instruments, Gauges etc. 

Verifying supplier PPAP documents & giving guide lines to suppliers incase of any nonconformance s 

Visit to Customer for Quality Feedback.
