Projects Handled:- 

Training Project: Project on Choke Cover through CAD/CAM software

Description: 

In this project I have made choke cover model using I-DEAS and UG. In I-DEAS, 1st I have designed 3D model from 2D drawing and then its core and cavity is extracted by using multiple parting surfaces. After extracting the core and cavity it is imported in UG where I have perform the different manufacturing operations on it. By using dynamic verification I have checked the tool path. With the help of post location file into tool location file and then this tool location file is send through DNC program into CNC.
