Projects Execution: 

Design and Development of Gaskets using CATIA V5 

Description: 

Designing of Gaskets as per Customer Input. 

Design and Drafting for Cold static gaskets and complete cover modules, hot static gaskets (including head gaskets and exhaust system gaskets) 

Creation of 3-D Models with Drafting and Detailing for Manufacturing. 

Drawings with adoption of GD&T s will be supplied to manufacturing. 

Design and Development of Heat Shields using CATIA V5 

Description: 

Thermal and acoustic heat shields with reference to Input Engine environment data provided. 

Creation of 3-D Models mostly using surfacing with Drafting and Detailing for Manufacturing. 

Legacy Conversion using Autodesk Inventor 10. 

Description: 

Studying of 2D data of the customer & Creation of 3D modeling and drafting to match the customer input. 

Creation of detailed manufacturing drawings as per the reference input files.
