Job Profile

Blow Molding(windersar) , Injection molding (godrej gm series ) , : Production of Toys items ,TATA Tel Booth, Assembly and Packaging item, Extrusion moulding (gear teach china) (Sheet) , used machine capacity of , machine(Blow molding) upto 1-30 lit and machine(Injection molding) upto 80-180 T. 

Injection molding and Blow molding : Production of packaging item- lids ,spoon and caps, bottle and jars upto (50ml-20 lits) 

 Roto molding and Injection molding : Production of water storage tank upto 200-5000 its and tank fitting accessories. 

Materials used: LLDPE ,LD, HD, ABS, PC, PS, Nylon, EVA and HIPS Machine used 

in lab spectrometer, micro meter tensile tester m/c ,hardness tester , impact, line tester , ph meter, viscometer , mfi , specific gravity ,pilling, 

sponsibilities: 

Overall responsible for quality management system 

Independent handling of in process quality checks 

Trouble shoot quality related problems with assemblers and factory managers 

Implement corrective and preventive measures. 

Train assemblers, vendors and own quality inspectors in quality check points of the new models. 

Collect, analyze and present rejection statistics to the top management for decision making .

Implement ISO System, 5S , 7 QC Kaizen.
