Company Profile: Company is involved in maintenance of Press tools, Moulds, and Jigs and fixtures. The company is focused mainly on highly pr?cised tooling as well as moulding. It is a production centre equipped with presses ranging from 25 T to 250 T, moulding machines ranging from 150 T to 700 T, TPP, Laser Cutting machines, Video Measuring System (VMS2010F), TIG / MIG welding equipments and Powder Coating unit. The customers are APC, G E, HP, ABB, Nokia and Applicomm etc.

Company Profile: Company is involved in manufacturing press tools, jigs and fixtures for TVS, IFB, Caparo, Toyota etc. It is a commercial tool room with production center equipped with all machines, CNC milling, Wire cut, EDM machines and all type of conventional machines. 

Job Profile

Manufacturing, Maintenance and Follow up of Press tools, Injection moulds, Prototype dies, Jigs & Fixtures and gauges used for Electronic components. The works were for American Power Conservation (APC), G E, ABB, HP, Applicomm etc. 

Trail proving of press tools before production. 

Vendor development and Out-Sourcing activities for TOOL ROOM works. 

Can handle all type of TOOL ROOM conventional machines, EDM Sparking. 

Can Design using AUTO-CAD, Pro-E, CATIA. 

Tool settlement as per Customers requirement and testing of moulds and tools to 

ensure specifications. 

Can check the component critical dimensions using Video Measuring System (VMS2010F). 

Support production department to improve the production rate with good quality and ensure the product meets production standards and schedules.
