Job Profile: 

Working in Engineering Department as an Assistant Engineer, Tool Design. 

Design of powder pressing Tool (Compression Mould), Tool adaptor, Gauge, Tool & Automate related accessories etc. 

Vendor development for Tool, Gauges, Adaptor etc. 

Development/modification from old/existing tool to latest type & high productive/high efficiency Tool. 

Practical knowledge in AUTO-CAD 2004, CADIAN 2006, PRO/ENGINEERS- wildfire 3.0 and other area in computer. 

Tool planning for Production, Incoming Tool Inspection, Tool modification & Calculation to press the Product. 

Preparation of purchase requisition with SAP system and co-ordinate with vendors on technical grounds. 

Internal control and calibrate of measuring instruments (Calipers, Gauges). 

Knowledge of Assembly and Setting of press Tools. 

Co-ordination with production department related to engineering jobs, Tool rectification, modification and general maintenance. 

Study about the cause of failure of tool, life of Tool, material of Tool.
