As well this center caters the needs of technical help to the customer queries and complaints. The other division of this department deals with PET fibers.

Role and Responsibility:

Working as a project team member for 3 projects.

Technical Support for the New Grades developed In-house.

Characterization of the material by Rheometer, UTM.

To check the process-ability of the material by means of Injection molding and Extruders.

Evaluation of new Additives for the new Grades development upto Pilot plant trials.

Development of In-House tests methods required for the product development.

Safety coordinator of the lab.

CEAST Capillary Rheometer,Rheologic 2500.

Brabender Plasticorder System ( Single screw Extruder, Twin Screw Extruder, Torque Rheometer, Filterability)

This is India?s biggest manufacturer of Polystyrene. and have biggest Compounding plant of the Polystyrene for market seeding of the blends of Polystyrene and Colour master-batches and compounds of Polystyrene.

Role and Responsibility:

After Commissioning complete setup of compounding plant (W&P Extruders; Capacity of 26 K Tons per annum) from documentation to the final product test report.

Day to day Production planning and Execution with the help of team members.

Developed the Colour data Bank  for the Computerized colour matching with the help Gretag Macbeth 7000A.

Commissioning of the testing laboratory for the compounding plant.

Documentation for the Quality, Environment and Health Audits.
