Production Planning:

Planning Production schedules, preventive m/c & mould maintenance.

Planning of raw material in co-ordination with stores

Planning of manpower as per shift requirements

Achievement of production target

Preparing monthly material consumption report.

Preparing monthly consumption analysis report of Packaging, Masterbatch, Ink & Lacquer &  foil  consumption.
