Design & development of plastics products on various CAD tools like PRO E ? Wild fire & MDT & auto cad & apply various simulation techniques for the design stability. 

Generate part & assembly design of the product considering tool design constraints & select material for the new part designed. 

Define detailed assembly procedure followed with process mapping. 

Design of jigs & fixtures, which are essential for the production. 

Attend regular mould trial to observe the mould working. 

Design & development of new products & modification in existing as per market needs. 

Design & development plans for new products undertaken & change in various production methods & tools as per requirements to improve their performance. 

Co ordination with production & quality department until the product runs smoothly in the production.
