Job profile: 

Working in Tool Engineering (Tool Room) which is having manufacturing facilities of Aluminium casting dies, Sheet Metal Dies, Plastic moulds & precision components. 

I am looking machine shop having High speed VMC ( 30,000 spindle rpm), 5 Axis CNC, V.M.C. & H.M.C, CNC Lathe, CNC Grinding, Hydraulic Grinding machines, SPM, Drilling, Lathe, WEDM & EDM. 

Machine shop 

Preparation of manufacturing plan as per production target & scheduling of machines. 

Monitoring & Improving Machine efficiency & machine utilization of critical machines. 

Monitoring team of skilled & semi skilled workers to achieve targets for quantity and quality. 

Implemented continual improvement program to improve productivity at optimum cost.
