Looking after the quality Assurance cum Incoming Material verification engineer responsibilities which consist of

Responsible for product layout inspection as well as conducting of Product & Process Audits. 

To implement all requirements of ISO/TS: 16949-2002 & E.M.S. (ISO: 14001) into the company?s QMS. 

To analyze the internal as well as external problems related to quality & get them resolved by using Q.C. Tools. 

To provide training to executives about Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, Kan-ban, Workforce training etc. 

TPM & TQM team member to implement all TPM & TQM activities through-out the organization. 

Approval of PPAP documents with suppliers in co-ordination with materials department. 

Conducting system & process audits at suppliers end. 

Ensuring incoming inspection & testing of material as per PQC table. 

Feed-back to the raw material suppliers after usage. 

Raising Quality Abnormality countermeasure report to suppliers in case of abnormality. 

Ensuring effective implementation of countermeasures agreed by suppliers to the QACR raised. 

To maintain documents as per ISO/ TS-16949, ISO ? 14001 requirements.
