Job Profile:

Head of Design, Purchase & QA Department. 

We have a well experienced, Qualified Design team, having One Asst Manager & Eight Engineers. From Data collection to Complete Design (3D modeling, Engineering, Validation of the product design / 3D Model, Tool Design in 3D and 2D, getting approval from customer & issue) is the key activity of design deptt. Apart from that Costing, Customer support / Service is also a part of Design. 

Procurement of Mould base, Tool Steel, Hot Runner and Standard Parts, Vendor development, Vendor approval & validation is also look after by the Design. 

We also have a well experienced QA team which handles Receipt Inspection, In process Inspection and Tool Validation. Customer co-ordination From T0 to dispatch is also managed by the QA. 

Achievements: 

Being a Founder employee of the Unit, managed all Project activities like procurement of Machines, Accessories, Utility & Material Handling Equipments, Softwares, Man-power requites etc. 

Generated the customize library of Mould Bases, different type of Slider, Form Core assemblies etc in 3D software to reduce the design time. 

Generated Design Manual, Tolerance Manual and Maintenance Manual etc. 

Created the Working Procedure and Quality systems for the unit. 

Design and developed the customized Cooling accessories for PDC Dies. 

Standardize the all design Features and customized with the 3D software. 

Developed a tool called One Point Lesson, to keep our experiences Live. 

Effective utilization of manpower on lean period Standardization Activities, Project work, Training program, Creating Manuals & Work Instructions etc. 



Project undertaken: 

More then 350 Projects (60% injection moulds, 45% Die Casting Dies & rest etc). Some of the projects are follows: 

Design for the Automobile Mirror Assembly, Side Cover, Cowl Center, Cowl, Seat Base, Crank Case cover, Cylinder Head, Flange, MCBs, Automotive exteriors ( Interior Trims, Mirrors, Headlights & Taillights, Magzine Pocket, Air bag guide Assy, Body side moldings, hinges and door handles) etc. 

Design & Development of Partial Squeeze & Full Squeeze Die casting Die. 

Design, Engineering and Gate optimization thru Magma Analysis. 

Design for various type of MCB Parts like Housing, Cover, Knob Lever. 

Design for almost all Two wheeler Plastic parts Like Seat base, Fender, Side cover, Visor, Cowl, Cover, Mirror Assembly Parts (Mirror Housing, Stay rod, Cover etc.). 

Mould Design for Four wheeler Plastic parts Like Front & rear door middle trim, Front & rear Door magazine pocket, Instrument Panel Parts ( i.e. Airbag guide, Box bottom, Box back door, Box top door), Box Battery, Cover Battery, Seal Plates, Mirror Assembly, Lid radio hole etc. 

HPDC Die Design for Two wheeler & Four wheeler component like Cover Cylinder Head, Crank case cover, Housing, Flange, Lock Body, Pump Body, Pump Cover, Flat Oil Separator, Barrel, Door Hinges, Lower Body, Upper body, Mirror Housing Parts (Body & Base) etc). 

LPDC for Piaggio & Continental Engines like Cylinder Head, Crank Case etc. 

Conversion of sheet metal component into die cast part.
