Key responsibility is Manufacturing plant administration. I am responsible for manufacturing activity. The responsibility includes maintaining smooth production by lengthy production planning to streamline the production activity ensuring the high quality barometer and timely delivery of the goods. Responsibility also includes cost control and productivity improvement by way of planned timely up-gradations with proper identification for areas of improvements. 

I am Also convener of management - a link between management and worker.
