Job Profile

Working in Common Rail Injector( CRI) Department. 

Exposed to SAP, 5S, PRMS, Kan Ban and Bosch Production System(BPS) 

Major Project under taken is Scrap Reduction 

Implement 5S on the shop floor. 

Implement BPS on the shop floor. 

Maintain shop inventory according to Value stream Design( VSD) 

Monitoring of manpower deployment 

Carry out SPC evaluations of the production process. 

Carry out OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for critical and bottleneck machines.

Description The basic principal of this project is transmission of power at RIGHT ANGLE without using GEARS & with minimum power loss. This is flexible coupling in which power transmission is takes place by Almond bush which reciprocates in vertical plane. 

This technique widely used in textile industries, Aircraft in flap control, CNC machines in lubricating oil pumps, etc..
