The group deals with pressed components, pipes & plastic injection moulded parts. The company is a manufacturer of Sheet metal Pressed Components & Welded assemblies, supplying parts to automotive OEM giants like TATA Motors, Piaggio & Fiat. Ashok- Leyland. 

Job Profile

Participation in tool design activities as a member of tool room and providing design inputs related to manufacturing feasibility. 

Handling tool room independently (tool planning, Sequencing of Machine & Manpower planning) for the development of press tools and jigs & fixtures. This includes, Manpower planning (Guiding, motivating and manpower planning) 

Tool preparation, fine tuning of tools, assembly of tools and tool maintenance. 

Participation in the successful trial out tools. 

Active co ordination with internal departments like production, QA and Materials. 

Also developed the tools for X1 Project Panel Van.
