DETAIL NATURE OF JOB :		

? Looks after day to day production activities like mould changes, process stabilization and  manpower  handling. 

? Prepared work standard for the entire production process, manufacturing execution system (MES), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), control plan, and poke yoke (Error Proofing method)  OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) calculation,  has been implemented.

? Implemented customer system software (OEM) to looks after Monthly forecast plan, weekly tentative plan, Daily  WIP process, and the details are verified and organized in the materials, manpower, maintenance department and executed to the MES (Manufacturing Execution System)and thus the line production is started.

? Daily monitoring the  4M change control and Monthly calculated  Measure Of Performance (MOP)

? Monitoring cycle time efficiency and down time on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Calculating production status UPH (Unit Per Hour) regularly.

? The manpower planning for molding and secondary operation.

? Through SPC corrective actions are taken. KAIZAN by using this method it helps in production problem solving and utmost utilization of manpower.

? As per RFQ, developed the special purpose machines, Material storage Rack, Working Table, Plastic bins, Trolley, Jigs and Fixtures.

? Preventive maintenance planning for all molding machines and auxiliary machines were taken. Maintaining critical spares for all moulding machines and auxiliary equipment. 

? Designs with plant layout and allocated the machines location. 

? CKD and CBU part received from parent company to India unit, shipping plan for the same has been done. 

? Production Order, BOM search, MRP(Material Requirement Planning), safety stock analysis, customer forecast sheet received and material planning to Assembly line set up.

? Training schedule, employee motivation process coordinate with HR Department.
