Work Experience: 28 Work Experience Details: 11 years experience in Polymers Industries (Coatings, Extrusion, Blown films and BOPP) ? 1995-1998: Policolor Bucuresti, resins and paints factory, process engineer, shift leader, tehnologist. ? 1998-1999 Metalbac & Farbe Bacau, paint factory, production manager. ? 1999-2003 Plastex Tulcea, (BMS TUL project) PE_PP blown films and BOPP Brueckner line, shift leader, tehnologist, process engineer. ? 2004-2005 Famtex-t AD Varna, Bulgaria, (BMS FAM 1247 project), BOPP Brueckner line. ? 2006-Presently working at leading company as marketing and sales representative. WORK SKILLS BOPP: 1. Prepare the line for start-up (i.e. utilities, raw material, check the machines, etc.). 2. Prepare the recipe of the film; changing the recipe without stop the line, changing the raw material witout stop the line. 3. Adjust and check the parametres of line accordingly with the products (thickness, speed, type of film). 4. Calibration & checking the devices if is necessary (i.e. dosing units, BO scanner, all contact rolls (i.e. allignmet, pressure), adjusting the TDO spindles for TD streatching of films). 5. Start-up the line and training the operators for start-up. 6. Manage the line (i.e. increasing / decreasing the speed of the line keeping on constant the tickness without waste). 7. Optimisation of the profile of films based on mecanical and thermic die lip gap adjustement. 8. Procedures in case of breaking film, or normally shutdown, emergency shutdown, etc. 9. Manage the parameters of winder acc with the type of the film, optimisation of winding parametres based on results of slitters machines. 10. Laboratorry skills: procedures for cheacking the mechanical properties of the film (tensil strenght, shirnkage, elongation), gloss, haze, coeff of friction, Corona treatment, etc. 11. Maintenance schedule for bOPP lines. BOPP PLANT MANAGING: 1. Prepare the monthly production plan. 2. Optimization of the costs of the film. 3. Quality improving bassed on laborratory feed-back. 4. Manage the quality of products. 5. Manage the utilities.
