As to analysis and testing the packaging material ( As per ISO & IS Standard ) and also working as a Vendor Development and Product Development in the field of Plastics and Packaging material. 

Testing & Analysis all Packaging Materials 

Development of Primary & Secondary Packaging Materials for any Items 

Responsible for conducting Packaging trials of any latest development products & analysis any Technical Drawbacks related to the products. 

Quality Audit to all Vendors & Vendor Development 

Review of Bill of Material, Specifications, STP, Art Work & Shade Card of all Products 

Co-ordination of various departments like Purchase, Production, Store & Logistics including Corporate Purchase & Packaging Development Departments 

Cost Reduction Analysis of various Products & Implementation 

Record Maintaining of In-Process, On- Process & Out-Process Documentation as per SOP?s 

Fundamental Working Experience in a SAP 

Various Plastic Processing Machinery like-  Injection Molding M/C: ENGEL (Victory: 330/80 Tech Pro), HMT PI-130, HMT PI-180, DPG-Windsor-SP-180. 

Automatic Blow Molding M/C: Capacity 2& Liters, double station. 

Pipe Extruder, Box strapping & Monofilament Extruder.
