Monitoring Productivity & resource utilization through OEE. 

To adapt precise system as per documented procedure to minimize process waste 

& Improve productivity. 

Maintaining good up keep of plant & machinery & safe working environment for Crown  plastic closure & Closures units.  

Ensuring Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (TBM, CBM). 

Material / Spare part management for four different units. 

Production Planning & Control. 

Root Cause Analysis for Defects, Process enhancement. 

ISO Functions  

Ensure Quality Management System in the plant.

Implement Total Productive Maintenance.

In ternal Quality System audits & conducting Management review meetings to discuss 

HRD activities.

Set ting up of Productivity norms. 

Inventory reduction / Minimum inventory level Plant Layout modification as per need. 

Calibrati on of the Equipments & measuring devices. 

Mainte nance of the PLC based machines, Printing (Crabtree) / Coaters (Wagner), Ovens, In Plastic, Compression molding machine / Injection molding, machine. Manufacturing for Plastic Closures / Preforms. by using Krauss Maffai for performs / SACMI Machine for Plastic closures 

Responsible for Utilities Like DG`s, Compressors ( Atlas Copco, ELGI ) / Chillers / Cooling Towers Independent control of Production, Maintenance, Quality and Administration activities.
