Job Profile

Overhauling trouble shooting and testing of LT and HT (3.3 kV and 11 kV) induction motor rated up to 1100 KW and their control circuit. 

Overhauling, trouble shooting and testing of variable frequency drive motor, slip ring induction motors and their Control Circuits 

Testing and trouble shooting of various protective Relays of microprocessor based Static Relay as well as Electromechanical realys. 

Routine and PM and trouble shooting of distribution and power transformer with cooling type ONAN, ONAF, OFAF, ONAF having Unidirectional & Bi directional on load Tap Changers rolled up to 50 MVA 132/11 kV 

Routine, PM & trouble shooting of control circuit of various HT and LT Circuit Breaker make ABB, SF6 C.B 11&3.3 KV, L&T, SIEMENS make Air Circuit Breaker of 415 volts. 

Testing and trouble shooting of Emergency source like UPS with battery back up of 400 AH, Diesel engine Generator up to 675 KVA, Station battery sets up to 400 AH battery 

AC & DC Industrial lighting distribution system as per area classification. 

Motor operated valves and their Bi-Directional starters 

Repair & maintenance of EOT cranes. 

Emergency power Auto change over & hazardous area equipment. 

Power Generator as emergency power source, its Auto change over scheme and Control circuit.
