Monitoring of all types of compound Rigid/Soft formulation.

Preparing Master Batches & Colour Development with L,A,B, Value.

Responsibly to New Development (R&D) Compounding.

Attended customer complaint for all types of colour problem / compounding problem/profile section problem / joint welding problem.

Monitoring of R.U.C. consumption at low economical cost. 

Reviewing formulation for costing.

Monitoring of Raw Material as per excise circumstance.

Lab Testing Reports valuation and monitoring.

Study for triple shutting guidance.

I have knowledge of foaming property in flexible & Rigid, Co- Extrusion of Multi-Colour Multi-Hardness, Rubber Property in flexible PVC, Petrol & Diesel Resistance Compound.

Knowledge of ISO Document and complete fundamental.
