Job Profile

Includes inspection of products in Connector Assembly, Harness, Plastic Injection Molding, High Speed Metal Stamping, Incoming Material Inspection, Continuous Electroplating Plating and Calibration of Non ? Electrical Parameters. 

Responsibilities include First Article Inspection for approval of new products. 

In addition familiar with Profile Projector. Toolmaker Microscope and other measuring instruments used for the measurement of final product dimensions i.e., vernier caliper , micrometer and digital height instrument,and metal thickness checking using x-ray flurocent machine, checking of metal and plastic limit of all substance in ROHS machine. 

In- process Inspection. Patrol Inspection, Final Inspection and conducting mechanical and electrical test (reliability test) on parts produced. 

Designing, Developing and Implementation of gauges and fixtures to reduce inspection lead time and Developing Workmanship Standards for taking disposition on parts produced as per the customer requirement. 

In addition have exposure to working in MS Office and QI analyst for SPC. 

IPQC and incoming Q clearance and FGA clearance by using SAP.
