In-Process & Pre Dispatch Inspection Activities : 

Ensure inspection of all Lots before Dispatch. 

To make all PDI formats as per customer requirements. 

To make final inspection check points for all products. 

To conduct PPM meeting on daily basis & take corrective actions on the three problems. 

Manpower handling for final inspection and to ensure `ZERO` pendency at the end of each shift.

Analysis the line rejections and take corrective actions against them from vendor. 

To prepare and verify the documents regarding RQC. 

To prepare the vendor rating according to their performance. 

To prepare weekly and monthly MIS .
